Executive and Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

What is Coaching?

Coaching is about helping you move towards your goals and is based on the absolute belief in your ability to perform and develop.  At its heart, It is a conversation and process that focuses on creating change and exploring the barriers that prevent you from achieving and identifying tangible actions that you are committed to, which will result in effective ways to develop and achieve your goals.

  • Coaching can be the sounding board for your ideas or your frustrations. Sometimes it will challenge you, and sometimes it will pose difficult questions.
  • Coaching is a completely safe place that is non-judgmental and confidential.
  • Coaching provides you with a critical friend, who not only has a sympathetic ear but asks you what you want to do about the problem and works alongside you to resolve it.
  • Coaching focuses on how we can do something, not why we can’t do anything.  This makes it a very targeted, action-oriented, positive form of development.
  • Coaching holds you accountable for the actions you choose to take.

What does a typical Coaching Programme include?

1. Introduction: The first stage is a meeting that enables both of us to get to know each other and find out whether we'll work well together. This meeting enables me to understand what you are hoping to achieve from the coaching and outline what you can expect from the coaching relationship.

2. Agreement:  After agreeing on the roles and responsibilities of all parties -  including the Coach, the Coachee, and the stakeholders - We will agree on the goals to set out exactly what the coaching should achieve.

3. Delivery: The programme typically consists of six coaching sessions, delivered over a six to nine-month period, and can include self-assessments or 360-degree feedback.

 4. Review:  Progress is reviewed throughout the programme, and outcomes are also fully evaluated at the end of the programme to ensure the maximum value of the session
