Evidence shows that it is the behaviour that makes the difference over personality preferences or competencies ( especially when times are tough).
What is The Engaging Leadership Programme?
Fidence Consulting is partnering with Real World Group to bring a Group Coaching programme centred around the Performance Leader Identifier model(developed through the worlds largest study of the nature of leadership).
Research shows that leaders and teams who enact Engaging Leadership behaviours:

·Are more innovative with greater “readiness for change”.
·Have more self-confidence and less job-related stress.
How does the Programme work?
This unique programme blends the benefits of an individual report and feedback together with coaching and group development over 4 sessions (2-4 months).
Group coaching sessions are 2 hrs facilitated sessions based around an Engaging Leadership Theme. Within these sessions, the participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own behaviours and be challenged and supported to develop an action plan to grow their less enacted behaviours and the ownership and responsibility to take accountability for their progress.
What's more, the participants will create long-lasting peer accountability partners which continue to provide development support long after the programme has finished.
