Systemic TEam Coaching

Building a team that is greater than the sum of its parts.

What is Team Coaching? 

Team coaching is working in partnership with a team in an ongoing relationship to explore the many factors that impact a team's performance. Team coaching looks at the Team as part of its whole system and helps the team co-create value for their stakeholders, improve performance and learn to self sustain this improved way of working through reflection and dialogue.


How does it work?

Readiness  - We'll start by establishing whether Team Coaching is the right thing for the team through 1-2-1 conversations.  If it is not, we'll recommend some alternatives for you to consider. If it is we'll move to the discovery stage.


Discover - Using a range of methods including questionnaires and stakeholder meetings, we establish the team view and importantly the team's stakeholders view of the team.


Deliver - A series of team ( and individual) coaching sessions to work in partnership with the team as they:-

  • Align to a common purpose, 
  • Collaborate and learn, 
  • Develop collective leadership, 
  • Achieve performance goals, 
  • Effectively engage with their stakeholders
  • Influence the transformation of the wider business.
